This shipping policy outlines our shipping options, estimated delivery times, costs, and other important details.


2. Processing Time

2.1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2.2. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


3. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–7 business days

  • European Union: 2–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5–14 business days (varies by location)


4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
4.2. Free shipping may be available for orders above a specified amount (check our website for current offers).


5. International Shipping & Customs

5.1. Customers outside the EU and USA are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
5.2. By Novae is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


6. Order Tracking

6.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
6.2. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


7. Delays & Lost Shipments

7.1. While we aim for timely delivery, external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, and courier issues may cause delays.
7.2. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at hello@bynovae.nl.
7.3. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.


8. Address Accuracy

8.1. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
8.2. By Novae is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


9. Changes & Cancellations

9.1. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
9.2. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
